Warranty Policy for Electrical and Electronic Items (UK Only)
At T2 Corporation Limited, we provide a 1-year warranty for all electrical and electronic items purchased within the United Kingdom. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults, offering free repair or replacement within the first year of purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Eligibility: The warranty applies to customers based in the United Kingdom only.
Repair or Replacement: If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at t.lee@t2corp.co.uk. Include details of the issue, your order number, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos). After reviewing the issue, we will arrange for the item to be collected from you and decide whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.
Postage Costs: We will cover all postage and collection costs for returning the product.
Exclusions:
Non-Covered Issues: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs carried out by third parties will void the warranty.
