How to Use

  1. Sterilise the bulb and nozzle before first use — wash thoroughly with warm soapy water and rinse
  2. Fill the bulb with warm water (body temperature — approx. 37°C)
  3. Attach your preferred nozzle securely
  4. Apply a water-based lubricant to the nozzle tip
  5. Position comfortably (lying on your left side is recommended)
  6. Gently insert the nozzle and slowly squeeze the bulb to deliver water
  7. Retain for a few minutes if possible, then release
  8. After use: disassemble, wash thoroughly, and allow to air dry
