How to Use
- Sterilise the bulb and nozzle before first use — wash thoroughly with warm soapy water and rinse
- Fill the bulb with warm water (body temperature — approx. 37°C)
- Attach your preferred nozzle securely
- Apply a water-based lubricant to the nozzle tip
- Position comfortably (lying on your left side is recommended)
- Gently insert the nozzle and slowly squeeze the bulb to deliver water
- Retain for a few minutes if possible, then release
- After use: disassemble, wash thoroughly, and allow to air dry
